Great app! Just installed it. Excited to see it in action. Setup was very easy! I will update more as and when I get more experienced with the app!

Very insightful to see where people hover, click and how they use the website, you can make changes based on this information and see where people get stuck on the order process, etc.

I like its user page access path screen recording function very much. Compared with hotjar, it is more convenient and faster to use.

This app works really well and the customer service is quite good as well. The app has helped me to solve a couple of issues my customers were having.

Enjoyed the free trial and didn't know it would charge me right after it ended. However, a nice rep named Sally helped me to process a refund and switch over to the free plan once we're ready to afford it. Will definitely use this app as we scale!

Very useful tool. I wanted to see how customers interacted within their session. It as easy to install and started to work immedietly. If I was doing a bigger analysis I would keep the paid plan.

I think this app is a really helpful addition to my current suite of apps that I use to run my Shopify store. The customer service team is A1 and really responsive to emails no matter the time of day!

Great app, definitely insightful and useful for providing actionable changes. Up until we installed this app we had to use guess work to wonder what was going on with our customers specific behaviour while on our website and now we can see for ourselves and see where we might be able to improve things for our customers experience. This is the perfect tool to analyze customer behaviour on the webshop. I can see actual customers coming in on certain paiges and clicking through the website. Easy to use interface. I like that the have a free subscription for small starting webshops as well. Recommended

Replay Live is great at showing me exact customer shopping journeys and are always rapidly updating with brand new sessions. I try to watch and learn from every single session they provide me!

Great App for Live Session recording, seeing customer activity helps get an understanding of how your site is viewed by customers, which in turn helps you to tweak your site to be more customer-friendly. It will be awesome when the planned heatmaps are ready. Support was quick and professional.
