It records the sessions, however, it would be better somehow it can let us send a message or email to visitors.

It looks pretty good so far! It's helpful, so I would recommend it. I have only seen a few recordings as of now, but it gives me a glimpse into any flaws with customer and site interaction. I can see this being a good tool to better the site and improve regular customer acquisition. God bless & good luck to all stores and the creator of the app! Wishing you all success!

So far the app is ok. Certainly wish that the screen was a bit larger to view the replay but it gives you a drop down box that shows where the customer went on the website so that helps as well

Are used this app to help me identify where my customers are having troubles. I liked how this app helped me see where the load time for my website images are hurting my conversions as well!

I really enjoy this app for the simple fact I can see what my customers are clicking on first so I can simplify more of my adds instead of the guessing I just do not like how this app only provides walk thru on the main page instead of the whole process.

This app does what it says - it really helped a lot on understanding user behaviors and knowing what to work on. We have been confused and really lost in knowing what "add-to-cart" doesn't generate sales, this helps. And it's free. Thanks.

Excelente aplicación, permite ver cualitativamente cómo es la experienca de usuario en tu tienda, lo cual te hace corregir y mejorar sustantivamente aquellos aspectos donde puedes tener falencias. Muy recomendada
