Exactly what I needed to gain insight into what viewers are looking at when they come to our website. Easy to install, easy to view recordings and customer service emails are sent out right away to make sure they can answer any questions. Everyone should install this app!

I used this app to gain further insight into the actions of our visitors and it does just that. It's a really cool app. I like it better than a heat map. It's easier to read, I'd like it to give me an analysis of its own how to reduce the bounce rate even further than I already have. Great free app! Easy to use and get started with seeing how customers interact with your website. Looking forward to additional features in the future, like: more robust search functionality (like searching for specific URLs) and organizing of videos (tagging, categorization). Very impressed with this app. If I could suggest something, it would be to add the ability of filtering the recordings saved by one of the tags ("added_to_cart", "ordered") to bring up only those instead of searching for them through several pages of listing.

Simple and works. Even recorded a very large session over the weekend where I left the browser open and worked on it in another. 10,000 sessions are the limit on this one per month but other than that it is perfect. Would love the option to pay a bit to get more sessions.

I love this app! Use it to see what customers are looking at on my site, what's in the cart-since I don't have that feature on the shopify basic plan. Also, I was able to see a customer send me a message-that I never received! Found it in my JUNK MAIL folder! THAT turned into a BIG SALE! Kudos to Better Replay/Replay Live for offering such an amazing app for FREE for the little guys! :)
