This app is so beneficial to analyze customer's research on my website. It will help me know their interest and help me analyze abandoned carts better.

NO FREE FOOD IN FREETOWN GUYS! The app works unbelievably great, the only reason i am giving it a 4 star is that the recording time limit is very short. Soon as your store starts getting a lot of traffic, within 2 days your recording limit will finish and you have to wait for until 1st day of a new month to get another 2-3 days of new recording time. I've emailed the company to sell us a premium subscription plan like everyone else and they say it's free but come on! it's not truly free if i have to wait 28 days to get just 3 days of recording. How about the other 27th days?

So far I love this app! It really helps me see what customers like and don't like about their shopping experience! I gave it 4 stars because it sometimes gets glitchy.

You can see the access data and time, etc., the operation is more convenient, the data is clear, and you can always use it

It seems like a great app for being FREE! The only thing I could say is I do enjoy Lucky Orange's chat function. It has helped us land sales! Besides that, this app does what I need for our other brand new website!

Read all the different kind of reviews, also from competitors. Just installed it, and eager to see it working with real customers. I think that today I 'll skip Netflix and place my Sofa in front of the computer to review all the recordings ! I believe it will be very useful

I use this app to know how customers behave on my website. The first test is ok I can see the recording of the visitor's session, so it's very good to improve what's doing wrong on my website.

This is a great way to study your page. I do not like how there is a limit to how much traffic is recorded.. regardless, still a useful tool

Helped me understand the user flow and point where the consumers were dropping off. Could look to create an overall analytics dashboard for summary view
