A must have tool & a gold Customer Service. It helped me picked up the wrongs in my web navigation, analyse the preferred payment options and automatic currencies, view product interactions, pop up closure and more very useful to improve the customer experience. On top of that, the Customer Service is fantastic, supportive and helpful. Thank you guys!

Just signed up for this app - The installation was easy, just like other Shopify apps. Looking forward to seeing the performance. I used Lucky Orange prior to switching to this app, so my expectations are high. I will share unbiased updated views on this app after I use this app for few days.

Great app, definitely insightful and useful for providing actionable changes. Up until we installed this app we had to use guess work to wonder what was going on with our customers specific behaviour while on our website and now we can see for ourselves and see where we might be able to improve things for our customers experience. Thanks, will provide a bit of work for our developers to implement these improvements for our customers.

This is the perfect tool to analyze customer behaviour on the webshop. I can see actual customers coming in on certain paiges and clicking through the website. Easy to use interface. I like that the have a free subscription for small starting webshops as well. Recommended

Great App for Live Session recording, seeing customer activity helps get an understanding of how your site is viewed by customers, which in turn helps you to tweak your site to be more customer-friendly. It will be awesome when the planned heatmaps are ready. Support was quick and professional.
