Best Shopify App for Live Session recording to understand how people use your store. I think this is a must have app. The Customer Care is very smart and fast.

This app is beautiful to use, reall seemless flow from everything to the layout, the design, the support offered. Gives you analytics to really help you understand what customers are hesitating at, what point they give up. More insight than you thought you needed but its helped me smooth out some huge flaws in my site. Thanks!

I used this app to help me understand how our customers were interacting with our store and our understanding of this touchpoint interaction has been grown significantly in such a short amount of time. We have learned so much and used the insights to redesign our store to improve conversion. We are up over 20% in conversions per day this month alone. In addition, we have a better understanding of what products our customers are really interested in. I highly recommend this app to all new store owners. You will be amazed at what you would learn. This app is amazing. I have been using it for almost a year now on all my stores and it showed me so many issue customers have on my store. I have been able to fix them but had it not been for this app i would still be struggling with my conversions. The app was free and now they charge and I am willing to pay because it is well worth it. I even recommend it to all my clients on Shopify. Keep up the great work guys.

Great app. Shows recordings of visitors for free. Make sure to change to the free version after 7 days or they will charge. Otherwise really great!

I used the app to see how users were experiencing my site interface. What I learned is users shopping from a mobile device never saw some of the product offerings because of the site design. An improved Theme and design was in order and has been implemented. Thank you Replay Live!

Customer service is good. Free Plan provides many features to start. It would be better if pricing plans are more clearly described.
