This app is so helpful. I am able to see where customers may be getting confused or uninterested in continuing and am now able to address those issues straight away. Such a helpful app in trying to solve the question of why people do not buy.

The most useful app I have ever come across on the Shopify app store. You can actually view your user's each move on your website. All the answers, or most of them, I have always wanted to know but have had no idea how to get. This is remarkable and will drastically shape my career, life and direction of effort I put into my store. A must have app and it is FREE. Thank you.

Pretty good for creating a great customer experience. Speaking of, its pretty crazy how difficult shopify makes it to leave a review. I mean 100 character limit, have to log in again despite being logged in somewhere else, its a mess really. This is a solid product though.
