Pretty good for creating a great customer experience. Speaking of, its pretty crazy how difficult shopify makes it to leave a review. I mean 100 character limit, have to log in again despite being logged in somewhere else, its a mess really. This is a solid product though.

Very useful to see what's going on and what work you have to do. So you can continuously update your page to the needs of your customers.

This app only recorded 1 out of 10 sample sessions. The session it did record was spot on. Hoped for more accuracy.

this app is fantastic. and the fact that it is free makes it even more fantastic. Nothing like seeing what your potential customers are doing on the site you worked so hard to put together. 100% grade A+
