Great App. Works exactly as advertised, maybe even better. Only hitch is that the session duration sometimes shows impossibly long hours, like thousands of hours for one session. Kindly fix this small issue, otherwise great job.

What an amazing app. We just launched our website and Replay Live Session Recordings helped us to see the different pages each customer was clicking on. We noticed the shipping policy page either sat well with the customer or it did not. After seeing the recordings, we tailored few minor details with shipping and other page information, and received our first sale within 2 days of our website launch. I used this app to gain further insight into the actions of our visitors and it does just that. It's a really cool app. I like it better than a heat map. It's easier to read, I'd like it to give me an analysis of its own how to reduce the bounce rate even further than I already have.
