I used this help to see customers behaviour on my site. It does this well, would be great if it tracked for a liitle longer

GREAT APP... HELPS IN MONITORING AND UNDERSTANDING BOUNCE RATE AND other parameters. Which in turn help in conversion.

It's a pain to have to manually refresh the page in order to see the most recent sessions. Otherwise, great!

Nice, It helped me with user activity records, a pity that it doesn't have heatmap, although the fact that it is free makes it 100% useful

Very new to e-commerce we are very concerned about abandoned carts. We have discovered so much about how our customers shop and ways we can improve our site navigation by using this replay app. Thank you

Looks good but I've not been using it for long. I'll come back and update where necessary - so far I like it. UPDATE. The app is good but we're aware that it doesn't capture ALL activity on the website! (noticeable missing activity when a customer has placed an order and no corresponding video to connect, so sometimes it's there and other times not). To ensure all activity is collected and reliable, we use Storeview as a backup. I'll leave the rating at 4.

It is awesome! it really helped me out a ton for abandoned cart issues i was facing. highly recommend! truly a great app

Great app! Would love to see session outcome to see which are worth viewing (cart, homepage, purchase. etc.)

Love the app. Great way to know where to improve your site. One addition I would suggest is it would be fun to know the outcome of the session (conversion, cart, homepage, collection page, etc.) To know which sessions are worth looking at.
