Good app. I recommend it if you want to see what is going on in your store, and if there is a problem, you can fix it right away. I enjoy watching my store in real time I have a good experience with the live session recording because it's free and it works as a paid app, and you can watch your customers

This app is amazing and free ! you should definitely add it the your store. You can see the exact position of the customer pointer.

I used this app to understand my customer journey in my online store . The app tell me exactly what my customers are searching for and where i need to focus to improve my customer experience. I wish i found this app before, but Am happy that i found it finally and that too for Free, What else can i ask for

I started using this,so far it looks cool!But when viewing the recording it is a bit slow and not displaying images at first but loads them after few seconds

1 star review became 5 star review I downloaded this app a few days ago and the recordings could not be played. The constant error message was "Not Found. Contact admin for valid URLs". Which I did. I contacted them using 'get support' via shopify and emailed them directly. I waited for 2 days, checked inbox and spam multiple times a day but no reply. I have adds running and ppl falling off my funnel and I thought this app will be helpful. Guess not. Really disappointed. Edit: After 2-3 days of trying to contact them, the app is now working. It works amazing for me to trace my customer's behavior on my website. The admin did not contact me or anything to amend my 1 star review but I feel like editing this review will go to help everyone who reads this get a feel of the support that is present and their response time. So here it is. Cheers!
