Its probably the most under rated app. A definite must have if you've just launched an online store or in need of info regarding your current site.

Love it ! You can see a full session video for each customer. You can learn a lot from it and improve the store. Thank you guys ! It's very useful for new store like us ! Keep going, it works great !

Cut me off at 1329 sessions, not 5000. Not sure why, but if thats the case it's not much help. Otherwise not bad. *** UPDATE Jason reached out to me with some good help, and things are fine now. For those who say it doesn't help, I disagree. It showed exactly what my customers are looking at , but more importantly what they are not looking at. Pay attention to what they are doing - we learned a lot.
