I just loaded this app so far it seem like it will assist with better managing my store. I do exactly what the developer stated, I would recommend others to download and give it a try. It's something to see how other view your website. I will come back at a later time to give more information once I get a full chance to use this app.

just installed it on nextgenpodz.com - was using lucky orange before, but it wasn't working properly and the support team was not able to fix the issue so decided to switch over. Testing this app atm!

This app boosted my sales, as i am now able to see why my customers weren't converting. If you're having problems with conversions download this app! I liked how it showed you every detail of your customers visit even where they clicked! I did not enjoy how delayed it was sometimes.

It is a wonderful app. I would say a must have. It gives you an idea of how your customers are navigating through your store. It helps understand what mistakes you're doing and what is the pattern of your customers behaviour.
