This app is a must-have to understand the user experience in the store. It is very easy to use. Just add the app and you're ready to see recordings! No need to touch the code.

Very useful. Don't waste your money on expensive tracking systems, just do it yourself. You can just "spy" on your customers and find out what keeps them from buying. I don't have anything to complain (except for that the app is getting shut down because of maintenance work, but no worries) Free App, one of my favourites!

awesome app, first of all it is free. not the mention it allows us to view how the user nav our website to see if they actually utilize the function. also this app does not slow down the site or anything. it's amazing!!
