I recently downloaded this app to see customer behavior on my site. This is exactly what I needed to see how specific target add groups behave on my website. Update* its been about two weeks since I installed the product is so good I had to update my review. Every ecommerce platform needs this it has even provided me the information needed to make my site more "consumer friendly" and easier to navigate

You can only see your last 10-15 visits, no replay history. It's only useful if you sitting there all day and watch it "live". Unfortunately there is no support either, no one reply since weeks. I sent 4-5 messages to multiple email addresses they provided. Sad, becasue this could be a great app

The app itself is good and works perfectly and is more that we could ask for. It helps you see what users are doing on the store. This lets us think of new ways to adjust the experience buyers have and to see which products they look at more or which collections. Thanks team for the great work and free service!
