I use it every day to see how can I improve and what's working and what's not for my customers. Is very easy to use and for now I'm on the free version, planning to upgrade soon!

Very insightful to see where people hover, click and how they use the website, you can make changes based on this information and see where people get stuck on the order process, etc.
