This app really helps me dive in deep with product sales. It allows me to breakdown the sales even by product sales or collection. If I'm unable to find the information I'm looking for own my own, I just provide the one of the agents the information I need, and they break it down for me and also tell me how they were able to provide me with the information. This app really is the best!!!

The app is fantastic but what's even more amazing is their online help which was a real person and not an AI bot which are all too common these days. I got great help immediately.

I’ve been using Report Pundit with Shopify, and the level of customer support I’ve received has been exceptional. Their team is incredibly responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. I needed help building a detailed tax and payout report, and they not only understood exactly what I was after but also went above and beyond to customize it for my business. What really stands out is how fast they reply — no waiting around — and how they explain things clearly without any jargon. Powerful app with 10/10 customer service. If you cant find a column or varialble, the support staff can build customs ones for you, for free. Really good service.

one of the best apps, for reports and best service i have seen with shopify apps. if there is a special report you need they usually get it done straight away. can not recommend enough.

When they say customer service, they mean it! If I get stuck on extracting the info I need, I just send over a request, they build out the report for me and send me a link. Meanwhile, I have gotten other work done while I wait, rather than even struggling with it. Spectacular app. I have not found a report that they couldn't create. I've never heard, oh so sorry... and that means a lot to me! I never thought I would pay for top tier, but now I can truly manage my business. Well worth it!

This app provides any report we need for accounting, inventory, sales and customers. If there isn't a report already created in the library, it is so easy to have a custom report built... it usually only takes minutes!
