Report Pundit: Custom Reports

Existing reports were ok, but support wasn't. Left a message through chat: no answer, got an email offering help to make changes to the report I used, but those were never done. Also got an email about pre-created reports, and neither of them worked.

Below is my first review. However, I can no longer access the platform and customer support is of no help. Spent an hour waiting for a resolution without success. The agent said he would email my reports and work on a resolution with tech. Unfortunately, he never followed through so I had to manually create the reports I needed. I am being kind with my new 3 stars only because when it worked, it did make my sales tax reporting easier. Time to look for another report app. A Game-Changer for Wine Sales Reporting! Same owner as Data Export App and same problems. Incorrect data many times. They do 'fix' the problem, but it is hard to have faith in data that has been 'fixed'.
