Absolutely brilliant app! We’ve been extremely impressed with both its functionality and the outstanding support behind it. The service team is incredibly responsive and genuinely helpful — they quickly understand your needs and make sure everything is set up just right. It has completely transformed how we handle reporting. What used to be a time-consuming manual process is now fully automated. We can generate highly customisable reports in Excel, PDF, and more — covering everything from sales and products to website activity and source data. A total game-changer for our business. Highly recommend!

Our company has five different websites each with different brands and priorities. Report Pundit has provided a simple way to access data that sometimes takes longer via the native Shopify report functionality. Report Pundit support is also spectacular, with quickly responding agents willing to build any custom report you need quickly on the spot free of charge. Great app, recommend with for anyone with specific custom reporting needs.

I installed Report Pundit and have started using it now. I love the customer care support. They were very patient and took all my inputs on how to customize the report as per my needs and did a very good job! I would highly recommend Report Pundit to all Shopify users.

the help and support using the product and creating custom reports is outstanding. highly recommend! i asked for help to create dozens of custom business reports i desperately needed to recreate after i dropped my old POS Rpro and switched to Shopify POS. they helped me re-create 100% of my business reports, but made them run automatically every month and email them to me. incredibly useful features...so great!
