Mr.Chan helped me with reports for which i was struggling to create detailed report and pre-made reports are also very helpful. This app helps a lot to provide proper reporting to management.

Only just started with the App but amazed at the support teams response time and attention to requests. The automation of reports is a huge time saver and the app layout is easy to follow and detailed enough for our needs.

Manuwel was very responsive and patient while trying to explain the specific report I needed. He then worked quickly and created a custom report for me. I would highly recommend ReportPundit to all business's.

Overall the app is tremendous and provides extensive reporting capabilities that you can't get from the standard Shopify plan. We use it daily for mission critical reporting. They have a slew of pre-made reports, but it helps to know some basic programming to really leverage the power of the app. They have some issues with data feeds -- both from Shopify and also when exporting reports on set schedules to Google Sheets, but they have very responsive customer support and most issues are resolved within 24 hours.

This app is amazing- it allows reports based on fulfilled dates which is critical if you have delayed order, changed orders or cancelled orders . If you receive an order in may and ship in June the sale shows up in May reports even if you havnt shipped Pundit support is the best- you just ask and you have it-they have created all my custom reports based on fulfillment date now I can determine my actual monthly sales. And their pricing is very reasonable

Report Pundit is honestly one of the best tools I’ve used for reporting. It’s packed with features, easy to use, and way more affordable than other options out there.
