1st day of using this app. I needed some custom reports so i contacted the team. Dan assisted me in setting this up. It is worth 5 stars for customer service and so far has fulfilled the need for which i purchased this app. Thank you Dan & team for making a very useful product. Super Nutrition.

Save yourself hours of time and frustration and GET THIS APP! That is my best advice for anyone with a Shopify store. Life is too short to fight with Shopify’s software when something like this is available. The customer service is beyond outstanding ( thank you Yash) and this has saved me countless hours of frustration trying to generate my state sales tax reports accurately with the breakdowns that I need. It is such a blessing to be able to explain what I need and have it taken care of— boom! My request is understood and dealt with. Thank you , thank you!!

Shopify Reports don't provide alle KPIs and Breakdowns I need (especially for tax returns) and it's a mess with old and new reports. Pundit makes everything possible. Super easy to use UX, extremely customisable with custom forms and columns and the support is amazing: if you don't achieve something they always help super fast!

We need to run all sort of reports. Report pundt has been able to accommodate every request we have had quickly and correctly. I t integrates with our shipping software and ties multiple stores together, if there is any report I can't build myself they are quick to respond and build it for me.

Sometimes you need a tailored report, when looking into specifics. Report Pundit is your tool here. Super easy to use, and with amazing support ready to build up the perfect report you want. Have not come across an instance where they could not help me look into what I was looking for. Fast in their live chat, and follows up to ensure you're good to go! Must-have app for your setup!

Support is excellent. With the help of Tony and other support techs that are immediately available in the app's chat feature I've been able to request and receive the exact reporting I need. I've previously spent hours in Excel to generate the same reports and it's hands down one of teh best administrative utilities I've used.

This is our first time utilizing an advanced application for additional reporting tools. Ameena was the representative that I worked with, and as a new user to the application, she went out of her way to help me build a custom report with everything I needed. This service offers so many in-depth reporting capabilities that will help us tremendously, and Ameena was so helpful in getting us started. Loving Report Pundit so far. There are so many reports that I need to use. Many more that I have seen and did not know I needed, but will be very valuable. I requested help with a certain report and my chat representative Guru was amazing. Found out what I needed and made a report exactly as I needed. I am so happy I found this app.
