Loving Report Pundit so far. There are so many reports that I need to use. Many more that I have seen and did not know I needed, but will be very valuable. I requested help with a certain report and my chat representative Guru was amazing. Found out what I needed and made a report exactly as I needed. I am so happy I found this app.

This app has a lot of premade reports and the support is great. They are always quick to help create reports or add columns where needed.

The custom-built reports here are excellent. Their CS team are always online and will build anything required. They are patient and have excellent attention to detail. We got so much value from RP and use it daily.

Absolutely would recommend Report Pundit to everyone who uses Shopify! I have found Shopify reporting inadequate for my specific needs and have found Report Pundit to be an invaluable asset. My account manager Richard has been an absolute super star in creating custom reports for me and have very much appreciated all of his hard work.

Very good so far! Helping get me reports we have long missed using shopify, such as AR aging. Customer support has been very responsive. I do wish some of the reports we were looking for were pre built, as I've had to do a lot of troubleshooting back and forth to get AR and Deferred Revenue reports built properly. Overall, would recommend.

We recommend this app for reporting! Super easy to use and the support team actually responds quickly when you need help. Clean dashboard makes it simple to track everything, and it works great with other tools I use. Def worth checking out if you deal with reports regularly!

This app is awesome! I was having a hard time creating reports directly on Shopify, especially after their recent update made it more difficult to understand. Plus, there are certain fields you can't add, which doesn't make sense. I started creating a custom report on Report Pundit, and in just a few minutes, I had the report I needed. There were only two columns I wanted to add that weren't showing, so I sent a message to their support Live Chat. They added them in less than a minute! I was so impressed! Now I have the perfect report, and I'm excited to create more!

Super useful aoo our business uses. We like it because it has customizable calculation fields, multi-store support, and a great scheduling features. The support staff is top-knotch. They answer in a timely manner and have made custom fixes for our team. 100% recommend this app and business!
