I have been using Report Pundit for about a month now and it has been amazing. I am using this to report on product tags, partial variants, and ABC historicals beyond 30 days. You need to use the chat bot for specific column requests but they are quick to respond and understand what I am wanting. Turnaround time is around 5 mins for custom column requests and 10 mins for report requests. One draw back is it logs me out every 30 mins and does not auto save reports. So be SURE to save reports as if you were using Microsoft Word in 1998.

Still in the trial phase, but so far a lot of good reports to choose from with a lot of customization, scheduling, etc. options we can do ourselves. Initial email questions answered very quickly and a video meeting to review questions and do some customizing was great. They can also do extra customizing beyond the many options the user has. So far very satisfied and hopeful going forward. Much more flexible than Shopify native reports.

Using Report Pundit for deeper, more comprehensive reporting purposes in Shopify has been a game changer on the time front, analytics front, and reporting front. The app has simplified and streamlined previously redundant analytics, significantly enhancing our efficiency. Beyond the app's capabilities, the tech support is honestly next level! I have sought support from four different individuals who have efficiently and effectively met all my needs. Beyond helping me build reports, they have taken additional time to show me their workarounds on the back end, so I am better skilled at building unique reports for our company's needs. This is the best tech support I have ever experienced from any app. Thank you, Report Pundit. We are loving using your app, its reports, and all that your platform has to offer. Your customer service is phenomenal! Game changer!

Chan is awesome! Super helpful creating new reports for me, really Report Pundit as a whole has been awesome to deal with and very quick to help with whatever I need. Even on the weekends I will send a request over and they will have the changes made and the new report generated before COB on at next Monday. Killer customer service!

Report Pundit is an invariable part of our work! We use it for analytics, inquiries, reports, financial, accounting, marketing data, etc. Working with the app is very easy and convenient, and you intuitively find everything you're looking for! I do strongly recommend it ! :)

The customization was great. I had my own design on Excel and it was really easy to implement in Report Pundit. And another awesome feature is the schedule to send the report by email. Finally, the support is very patient with long request. As a developer used to report builder in Visual Studio, this is the must have to a shopify user. Keep up the great work.

This report app is awesome. When you need custom fields added, customer support is there to assist you. Very quick and easy. I defenitly Recommend this app.
