Report Pundit is fantastic and is one of the deepest level reporting apps on Shopify. Their support is fantastic as well and very helpful and responsive- they helped us extract some data from Shopify that was previously not able to be found on any report in other applications, the Conversion Summary/Details on the orders. Highly recommend!

I really like this App, actually I use it for my both web sites, of course it is difficult for me to create reports by myself, but support team works really well — I told Tim what reports I needed and got precisely what I was trying to do.

The reporting system is really great - you can customize your reports exactly how you need them and schedule automatic email delivery. Plus, their support team stands out for their quick response times whenever assistance is needed.

We are loving Report Pundit. It has saved so much time from our Monday morning pulling reports routine. We were able to set up everything we needed to see (adding special fields, sorting, etc) for the exact time frames we need and have them auto send. We had some problems figuring out how to get LY reports to automate and had a fantastic experience with their customer service team. Our issue was not something that was quickly solved after one email and I really appreciated the consistent follow up and constant pursuit to tweak the result to what we needed. I heard Report Pundit had great customer service and I was not led astray.

Report Pundit is the best tool we've found for running the reports we need. There are a ton of prebuilt reports to choose from. The ability to customize the base reports gets us what we need almost always. When we haven't found the exact report we are looking for, Report Pundit support has created custom reports or fields in reports within minutes.

Report Pundit is the best tool we have found for pulling complex data from Shopify. We have a data partner we send some of that data to and Report Pundit makes that very easy by allowing reports to be scheduled and delivered via email or SFTP. Report Pundit includes some tools to manually create Custom fields by joining fields or running calculations within the report. These tools are available to the end user to generate the fields themselves or a request can be filed with Report Pundit to create them. Report Pundit support has been very responsive to any issues we have had. They have a chat function available to get in contact with support immediately and have been able to resolve most of our issues in real time.

Great app. It's easy to use and the customer support is top notch. I was able to export all my payouts with associated orders in a matter of seconds. Great Value.

My experience has been excellent so far. I had previously added custom checkout fields to my product pages and this app is the only way I could find to get the line items out. I had some trouble adding some custom features into my report and the customer service had it solved within 30 minutes. So impressive.
