Honestly, best experience ever. I needed a specialty report based on ounces sold by a refill product, by a variant and totaled. This needed to be run on demand by month to help me with reorders and total weight sold. I worked with two amazing people who listened to my needs and helped me get exactly what I hoped for in the end. This is going to save our business an incredible amount of time and resources. Thank you! Huge value for the money. Great reporting system!

I just downloaded this today and the staff were so helpful with setting up a report to suit my needs. I can't wait to really try this out.

Amazing tool to create custom reports. It seems there is little it cannot do and if there is a field that is not available there seems to be someone always on hand around the clock to support and provide a solution. Highly recommended!

So far this add on has been fantastic. Our product reporting can be complex in shopify but this helps me pull all the necessary data and extremely customisable. I have now dealt with customer support twice (and only implemented this this morning) and they have solved my problem really quickly and efficiently. Thanks!

The prices listed in Shopify's App Store don't match the actual prices of the app... I'm being offered two different options: the Essential Plan for $45 (regular price $90) and the Essential Plus Plan for $60 (regular price $120). The pricing isn't immediately clear to me regarding when I'll start paying those higher prices. The pricing seems to depend on the Shopify tier, and we have Shopify Plus.

Very satisfied with this app. The details it provides are more granular than I will ever need but very reassuring that the information is there if needed. The support is awesome and will assist you in building any type of report you need and they get it done typically while you discuss the details over chat! Just now getting into everything the app can offer but I can see the benefits of the app already!

Report Pundit has been great for our lawn and garden center. Staff is very prompt. I've used the chat and email for assistance they were ve with good follow up to be sure you are satisfied. Amal, Pragathi, and Paul have all been very helpful in getting custom reports set up. The format is very user-friendly and you can get tons of info out of your data if you need to dive deep. So far the experience has been easy and pleasant in getting the data needed. They even extended the trial period so I could keep exploring before making a decision.

I'm using this app to see payment outstanding reports and it works great! There's a specific form that I want it to be displayed and their Customer Service staff helped me to make the form in a short time.

Great app, gives a ton of additional data. But the best part is the customer service, they will assist with building any kind of report you could ever need. Hugely helpful for us.
