This is just a dynamite app for getting access to the data one accumulates in Shopify. You can really see what's happening across your store. Great for decision support - but also great for operational tasks like calculating sales rep commissions.

So incredibly useful. If there is a report that you don't see already published, just live chat with them and they will literally make you a custom report within a few minutes. Have been using this for quite a while now, and the support is top tier.

The reporting options are endless and the customer service is great! Any confusions I have regarding the generated reports are replied to quickly and efficiently allowing me to get on with running my store. The reports generated provide very solid actionable insights, and the overall app pricing is very fair.

Useful for really digging into your Shopify data. Can be organised and formatted in more ways than the standard Shopify reports. Can also schedule reports to be sent automatically. Had to contact their customer service to add metafields to reports and very quickly and easily added by customer service. Well worth it if you want to dig into your data.

The app, in general, is fantastic and adds so much to your reporting abilities. It is incredible. But what is even more incredible is their Support. They worked tirelessly with me to get our reports exactly how I needed them. So helpful! You can't go wrong with Report Pundit. Don't ever get too frustrated or throw in the towel; reach out, and they will be there. Pragathi, Vinith, and Tony were incredible and made the magic happen! Thank you!

I've been really happy with Report Pundit so far. The library of reports is expansive, but their ability to quickly and effectively create custom reports has been great. Customer service is responsive and they have been able to create every report that we've needed thus far.
