Report Pundit: Custom Reports

My experience has been excellent so far. I had previously added custom checkout fields to my product pages and this app is the only way I could find to get the line items out. I had some trouble adding some custom features into my report and the customer service had it solved within 30 minutes. So impressive.

I needed a custom report that needed to include Product Attributes. Report Pundit came recommended so I thought I would give it a try. It was so easy to create exactly what I needed. I did need a bit of assistance when the report seemed to be duplicating the orders in the report and used their chat function to see if they could help. Within 3 minutes, Richard was able to look into my report on their end and make the edit needed to fix what I couldn't figure out. Highly recommend the Report Pundit app!

Tremendous support experience - I'm always skeptical when reviews go on about the support but Vandana from the support team helped me get up and running, from initial query to being fully set to go was about 5-10 minutes. The app does exactly what I want (daily unit sales along the X axis, all our products on the Y-axis so we can easily see trends). $25 a month is a small price to pay as this saves me hours of manually sifting through data.
