Report Pundit: Custom Reports

Once again, ReportPundit comes through with the help I need quickly and competently. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for complex reports that require the ability to search on a variety of otherwise unsearchable fields and apply boolean logic to their search. Best of all, if you can't do it, they're happy to help. Always online and ready to lend a hand with any report.

I was really spending so much time reforming the reports I was getting in excel. Since I found this app everything changed. I can have my reports reformed as I want ( the format that I want ) and I can generate them when ever I can and even more to schedule the process. AMAZING !!! For more advanced users : you can ask the customer support to add some fields on your report if there are not there (they are in Different Data Tables). Excellent Customer Service. Thank you !

amazing app

It seems as if Report Pundit can pull data that even Shopify cannot pull! Any time I can't figure out the correct selections I need to pull the data I am looking for, the customer service chat is quick and ALWAYS builds out what I need in moments. We couldn't run our business without Report Pundit and it has improved our efficiency in cleaning our inventory errors and tracking data beyond measure.

Love the reporting from this app and the integration with Google Sheets. Had an issue with certain customers not showing up in a report. Contacted support and they fixed and told me how they fixed it within minutes of messaging them.

Honestly their support has been nothing short of amazing so far - While it offers a lot of great pre built reports what really stood out what when I needed something that wasnt available in their pre builds or options for their pre built reports their support team was on hand to assist me and get me the specific report fields that I needed via live chat right away

Report Pundit is great for anything reporting. Sometimes certain Shopify metrics/dimensions don’t work together depending on the type of report you’re building, so whenever I hit those limitations, I jump into Report Pundit. For example, trying to use product tags within a returns report in Shopify may not work properly or may not be available at all. Report Pundit gives much more flexibility to combine and customize data across different report types. Their customer service team is also incredibly helpful and patient.
