Just got this app for a specific purpose and needed help building a custom report. I did this through chat thinking it would be hours or even days for a response, but no, they got right back immediately and built the report to my specs in a few minutes! In addition, I noticed one small error the next day and again this was fixed immediately. I see there are many pre built reports, many of which I may utilize in the future and I get to know the app better, I know I'll be able to build custom reports when needed but this was a great start.

They were great with response time working on building custom reports. They kept with it to perfect and realize what our needs were for better tax reports.

I recently added this app to 3 different sites I manage, and I am THRILLED! Was previously using data export which felt antiquated. I was able to actually chat with a real person who helped me set all 3 sites up with the same report formatting and ensured I scheduled everything properly. A great app, easy to use, with outstanding customer support. There are a large number of prebuilt reports but the customer service team are extremely quick (Within 10 mins) at building out any custom requirements. So much easier than having to export to spreadsheets and then manipulate the data. As a business it has become an essential part of our toolkit. It's also worth noting that it is much cheaper and easier to use than any of the comparative apps!

Much needed in depth reporting compared to what Shopify offers out of the box. Pruthvi from the support team was able to help me build out a custom report that we needed. 10/10 app and support team!

This is the TOP app for reporting. if you know a little logic and programming you can do so much, if don't know about programming the customer support can help for sure. recommended.

After using Report Pundit for over 1 year, I can confidently say this is a worthwhile app for generating Shopify reports. The support team is amazing and helps resolve any customization requests within minutes. If you've discovered that the default reports provided by Shopify do not work for your business needs (in my opinion they are downright unusable for even basic reporting and analysis), then give Report Pundit a try!

Great app. The customer service is amazing. They are always available to help you create or customize any kind of report you might need. I felt like the subscriber fee is high but worth it in that we get actually good reports.
