Great way to expand the default Shopify analytics reports! With the custom calculated fields we've been able to build any type of report needed. User interface is intuitive and customer service is exceptional.

This application has significantly reduced my workload by consolidating data from multiple stores. Additionally, they quickly create new fields upon request, and their customer support is FANTASTIC!!!. Dan was incredibly quick in addressing my request. He understood exactly what I needed and resolved it within minutes. Without a doubt, having fast and efficient support is one of Report Pundit's greatest advantages. Highly recommended

One of the best customer support experiences I've had so far. All the required columns I needed for the report were there, but a few were missing. The Pandit team rearranged those columns for me within half an hour. Highly recommended!

Really great service, which has saved us loads of time in building reports from different kinds of Shopify data. Anything that isn't standard I've easily been able to build with the help of their customer support team. Overall just a really helpful app and well worth the price.

Report Pundit is a great app. Probably one of the best, if not the best. You can configure all sorts of report you need for your store. The best part is their customer service. I've been in the Ecommerce space since 2013, and I have never experienced this level of customer service. Their team is great, every single one of them. They are always available to support me when I reach out through their chat support. They help me with whatever report configuration I need. I believe they have an amazing company culture because it shows how each of their team members interact with a client like me. They're my kind of people. So far, this is the best reporting app i've found and used. Pragathi was there to assist me in live time and helped me create a couple of reports and understand what I was doing immediatley. Brilliant app for getting the reports that shopify don't provide. Brilliant.

Report Pundit's live chat is fantastic! The reps consistently responded to my questions in under 5 minutes. They were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to understand my needs. By sharing some data from my Shopify store and details about my storefront, the chat rep was able to quickly create the exact report I needed. This saved me a ton of time and frustration. Highly recommend!

Deljo and Manuwel at Reportpundit Made a custom report that our small business has been trying to find/make for the last year!!! we are super happy and it took maybe 1.5 hours max to get it to look exactly how we want, We have tried 5-10 different apps trying to get the data that they have made in this custom report.

The app is great but the customer service is amazing. Report Pundit lets you add calculated columns which Shopify's native report tools wont let you do. That's a massive pro right there. The support team knows the inner workings of Shopify and if they can't help, it's mostly because it can't be done. Otherwise, I always end up with a creative solution. Scheduled reports are also a tool we appreciate. Having managers ready every morning with their own customized reports made life more simpler. Give it a try. 5/5

We installed this app to help us with our Paypal reconciliation - there is a report out of the box that does everything we need. Separately, I just had a need to use the 'sales by discount' report - and need a couple extra columns that weren't included in the base report. I reached out to Report Pundit and they replied immediately and added the columns I needed. Super fast response and help! Very impressed.

The App is good, and the staff is really helpful. Was come for the bundle report and find some other useful reports as well.
