The BEST customer service of any app we use. They are always willing to assist when we are in need of a report being modified or having an issue, which is rare that there is a problem. Highly recommend this app!

Really love this app. Pricing is fair. Customer service is amazing! This gave us the ability to do much better sales reporting since we can use fulfilled date. Shopify does not have fulfilled date in any of its reporting.

There are plenty of existing reports that are great and very useful. Our team needed to build a few custom reports and their team was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Excellent customer support! Highly recommend.

This is one of the best apps ever. The customer support is literally insanely good. They will help you build just about any report you can imagine which is good since shopify is so limited

The app works well overall and can be very powerful once properly set up. The team eventually solved the issue I had and fixed the custom report for my invoicing needs. However, their workflow remains risky. Whenever you ask for a change or adjustment, they often make edits directly on your existing reports without first creating a copy — which has caused several major problems for me over time, even blocking my accounting workflow for days. Email schedules sometimes don’t arrive, and there are occasional synchronization issues with the data. Despite their claims, I honestly believe their servers are sometimes unstable or lower in quality than expected. The support team is responsive, but they seriously need to improve their internal processes and double-check changes before applying them, especially for users who rely on the app for financial and invoicing reports.

Report Pundit makes up for what Shopify is lacking in reporting. There is an incredible library of pre-built reports, making it an incredible value. On top of that, the customer service in exceptional! Any time there is an additional report I need help creating, I send a quick chat, answer any questions their team has, and I have a custom report in less than 24 hours. Cannot reccomend enough!

Wow! I have so many reports that I have to make with "tags" which no other app has this capability. I do the chat and they are immediately able to create my custom report within minutes! Definitely recommend this app for any reporting you need done for Shopify!!!

Report Pundit is a fantastic app to use for any type of report you're looking to generate for your store. The app is convenient and easy to navigate and use.
