Excellent customer service! Must have Shopify App if you really want to dive into all the data fields available. Integration with payment gateways makes our reconciliation a breeze!

Chan was awesome! I was looking for help on exporting my store's data to import into Google Merchant Center Shipping Data Verification template and they created the report for me within minutes! So happy! Definitely worth the time spent!

Well worth the money for the support alone. Their support team responds quickly via chat and has been able to create any report I need, no matter how complex. I really enjoy the features of this app, and also the professionalism and competency of their support staff. 10/10 - must have Shopify app.

I got problem with creating the report in Pundit but the chat person helps a lot. They respond really fast and can create the report that i want.

Excellent platform and customer service. You can you can simplify, streamline and customize your reports based on your needs and if there is any information that is not available, the support team is always there to assist and give you a resolution.

1000% recommend it. The chat experts are always available and setting up a new report is a breeze with them. I have a combo POS and online shop on Shopify and their reporting options are extensive. Allowing me to pull a wide range of specific reporting by size, color you name it. Highly recommend!

I had trouble finding the columns to create the report I wanted, so I chatted with an agent and they created the report I needed in less than 5 minutes. Great platform and service thus far!

Hi! Report Pundit seems awesome. We just recently switched from a hybrid system using Square as our POS in our brick-and-mortar boutique, while using Shopify for online sales... to now using Shopify for BOTH our store's POS and online shop. So I needed to figure out how to run my sales and tax reports from Shopify alone without the help of Shopventory (which we had been using for reporting and for syncing Square to Shopify.) With Report Pundit I can create & use the same reports I was using with Shopventory so - that's a win! Report Pundit customer service has been awesome so far. They helped me build reports then modified them as needed, so the reports are all ready to go without me having to do much except explain what I need. Amal and Tony have been helping me a lot on chat and email. Highly recommend! Thanks, Amal and Tony!

An absolute must to have if you use Shopify. Support is excellent, fast and very accommodating for any custom sales reports you need. The best Shopify app I've used yet. Update, still by far the best app for Shopify for generating any report you can imagine. I can't imagine using Shopify without Report Pundit!

Report Pundit has been a great addition to my company's Shopify store. This app has allowed for us to utilize Shopify in a more robust way with our wholesale business. The customization of reporting has been noteworthy but the Report Pundit team has been extraordinary. The built in support chat is incredibly responsive and helpful. We will absolutely continue to use Report Pundit in our Shopify store.

Report Pundit just NAILED IT! I have been searching for a way to link PayPal and Afterpay transactions to Shopify. The only way to do it is to identify the Authorization Code or the Merchant Code in the payment gateway, and that data cannot be exported in Shopify reports. But... Report Pundit gave me the ability to capture both of those fields in a report. Now I can tie Shopify transaction numbers and Order Names to specific PayPal and Afterpay transactions to track payouts and AR from those tools. I considered trying to build a tool that does this myself, but Report Pundit provided the path for a very fair price. Now I can cancel that other $200/month app that was screwing up my QuickBooks Online and use Report Pundit as my ONLY Shopify data source.

Customer service is 10/10. App is great, has so much detailed reporting that saves upgrading Shopify store and spending unnecessary money. Also reports some exceptional data that Xero can’t provide. A perfect integration for my store
