These reports are a must for tax season. Standard Shopify reports exclude important information like processing fees, Shopify buries that info in the Finance Payout reports its not info you can find in the regular reports. Report Pundit can put all the info you need into one report. Customer service is top notch. I reached out with a question and not only did I get a quick response Report Pundit built me a custom report will all the info I need to hand over to the accountant! Every business owner needs this program.

The app does so much automatically but if you have a question or need a customization the customer service team at RP is THE BEST! I highly recommend this app.

Been using this for a few months now and have no complaints none whatsoever. The reports that I needed were not in the library. I needed specific fields like comments or tags in order to be able to find the matching order in our various Gateway's. Each time they responded super quickly and were able to supply exactly what I needed which made my work much more faster and efficient. Now, instead of spending hours in trying to match orders based on dates or amounts, I just run my specially made report and have everything I need to reconcile my payments. They were even able to format some information and remove extra digits that were creating issues when matching in excel. Really happy with the service. I recommend 100%

As a non-profit organization, it's important that we balance to the penny (or as close as possible) every month. Report Pundit gives us all the tools we need to complete our monthly reconciliation with ease, like differentiating between taxed and untaxed transactions, payments fees based on transaction date, and more. Reconciling our eCommerce operation has become a breeze, and we have gotten back hours of time we would have otherwise spent parsing through raw data. Recently, I noticed there was an issue with one of my go-to reports. Within minutes, a support representative investigated my issue, developed a custom report, and had me on my way with the issue resolved. All-in-all, we couldn't recommend Report Pundit more for our non-profit counterparts and anyone who is extra persnickety about their bookkeeping!

Customer service for this app is incredible. If you need a specific report and you know that data is somewhere, anywhere in Shopify, just tell them via email or chat at anytime and they will get it resolved. Links up to Paypal, and makes bookkeeping so much easier, but can be used to create any other type of report too. I found 3 reports that I liked and needed, but didn't want to flip between them, so I simply asked if they could combine some fields and they did... in minutes! Highly recommend!

Has a great range of out-of-the-box reports, and your ability to customize/build your own is great! The best part is if there isn't a way to create a specific report you want, their live chat support are incredibly responsive and helpful and will completely custom build columns and data sources to create the exact report you need.
