Report Pundit: Custom Reports

Support is amazing

Very happy with the addition to shopify report. What I needed was a very basic lists of sold items per order and shopify does not provide this option (basically an option to download customer invoice data as csv). Pundit basic reports also not provides this option. But they were very supportive directly after installation of the app - talking with their support in chat - to create this as a custom report and make it available. Very happy with the flexibility, speed and result.

Is exactly what I needed to send scheduled reports to clients. Fantastic customer service that helped me when I customise the parameters of my reports.

We install Report Pundit on every Shopify site that we launch. The product allows for custom reports to be emailed to interested parties on schedule. If I ever need help with creating a report or a question about the product, the Report Pundit staff is always available on chat to provide support with minutes. Highly recommend this product.

Really good reporting app, the customer service is amazing, they can access your custom reports and adjust them or make you one directly to your account.

The app itself is quite good - much more feature rich than Shopify's native reporting. The included support however is FANTASTIC - they are super fast and responsive at helping build your dream reports with much more detail and functionality than I could figure out on my own for some rather complex goals. Very happy to be subscribed to them.

These reports are a must for tax season. Standard Shopify reports exclude important information like processing fees, Shopify buries that info in the Finance Payout reports its not info you can find in the regular reports. Report Pundit can put all the info you need into one report. Customer service is top notch. I reached out with a question and not only did I get a quick response Report Pundit built me a custom report will all the info I need to hand over to the accountant! Every business owner needs this program.
