My company uses this all the time. It's my favorite Shopify app overall. You can just send them a quick message in the chat box and they will get you a report super fast. The longest I personally had to wait was around 10-20 minutes, and that was because it was a lot of data they were pulling in. Most of the time, I get a report in 5-7 minutes. Even less than that sometimes. Absolutely love it!

Free plan its great, if you need a personalized colum you can ask to support and they make it. its really usefull.

Because Shopify can't do it, you need Report Pundit. I found myself here while trying to generate a report on Shopify, clicking the filter button, adding a column, losing my work, and finding out that I can't filter for certain values in the same report. Don't let Shopify waste your time, get this app! With Report Pundit, everything is easy to set up and get running. Chat support is friendly and can help you customize more complicated queries on the fly. Highly recommend.

Report Pundit is a superhero to the rescue. We are on a multi-currency Shopify website. Given the complexity, we needed a third-party app that would allow us to crawl specific data for our tax reports and many others. And, it was made possible by Report Pundit's presentment's feature. We are able to extract tax-relevant data according to the currency that our customers see and pay for. Now, we can export these reports in real-time. No downtime indeed! Thx you!

Great app! I got this because I used another Shopify app to edit some orders and it completely messed up all of the inventory and reporting feature of Shopify. I needed a reporting app that allowed me to filter out a number of things from the reports. This one seemed to fit the bill, but I had some difficulty figuring it out. So, I contacted the Chat support and Jeff was AMAZING!!! Got my reports looking amazing... and with ACCURATE reporting... in a matter of minutes. This app is a keeper.

Excellent app with really superior customer service. Customizable reporting app with all of the functionality you wish you got in your Shopify reports. Added bonus is the customer service is excellent— a real live knowledgeable human available via chat.
