Report Pundit: Custom Reports

Report Pundit definitely help to save a lot of time on handling bulky data, through the newly created report, we are able to focus on Transaction data when we need. Rapid respond from customer supporting side. Special thanks to Dominic and Jaba, great work~~

We transitioned from a very old POS, which happened to have outstanding reporting options, to Shopify, whose reporting function is very weak. We were unable to replicate any of the reports we normally used with just Shopify, so Report Pundit was recommended. I found the staff to be extremely responsive and willing to problem-solve, even though a few of the reports required lots of adjustments until we arrived at what was needed. I'm very impressed with the attentiveness to our needs and the quick responses we almost always get, and this is while we've been using the free version. Though each person I've worked with has been helpful, I'd like to give a special shout out to John who spent much time trying (and succeeding) in getting the reports just right.

I had to source an app that would be able to give me a detailed report for my Payouts, as I had mulitple tax and revenue streams to split and work out. IT was going to be a nightmare! Support team created the report for me perfectly, were able to do live chat and give great support. Such a low cost to be able to save me hours and hours each week. Tried 2 or 3 other apps and support wasn't as fast and report was not as easy to use

This App was recommended by Shopify Support when I was trying to develop a custom report. I installed the App and was quickly impressed by how easy it is to use and develop custom reports. I was, however, unable to add a custom field and reached out to Report Pundit Support via chat. Within minutes they had added the required field to my saved report and shared the Know-how with me. I am impressed with the tool and the level of service.

For a fraction of the price you get a TOP rated app. Compared to the other reporting apps on the market YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH REPORT PUNDIT!!!

Report Pundit is great! The default reporting great but a couple of times I needed reports slightly different from what is provided out the box. Each time I contacted support, they helped by creating custom reports in my account to access as needed in the future. It's been a shockingly easy, helpful and courteous process each time. I highly recommend this app!

I was a little hesitant at first about downloading and trying this app. After reading some very positive reviews I decided to give it a try. This app is AMAZING! I was able to quickly set up and format reports after only a few minutes of installing it. The interface is very user friendly and makes customizing reports a snap. I did have a couple of minor questions though. Much to my surprise (and delight) the Chat support was available 24/7 and was actually staffed by people that instantly knew how to solve my issues. (Note: The problem was due to my setup, not due to the app) This will definitely be my 'go to' app for Shopify reports from this point forward and be my recommendation to anyone that asks!

This app has been so helpful for inventory and order management. I've had three custom reports built, and each time, the people at Report Pundit have been responsive and thorough. If something is ever off, they fix it for me immediately. It's intuitive to use and has so many options. If you can't find it, their team will help create it.

I have been looking for a way to run fulfillment reports from Shopify, was really lucky to have a rep from Shopify suggest Report Pundit. It was exactly what we needed, only wished we had known about it 12 months ago (to save all the pain we had to go through to get a similar report- without having to manually adjust/manipulate the data). Report Pundit gave us exactly what we needed and support team is very helpful in getting us more if needed! I added the app to 2 other stores and it was the perfect reporting app for my needs. Very helpful when we needed to create a report to see our costs for shipping (which Shopify does not provide). Report Pundit is the only way we would've been able to retrieve this data, and they put together the report for us after a quick help chat!

I used this app to filter customer and sales reports by tags associated with each customer. I had questions about the implementation and the viewing capabilities and Shawn helped me with the information I needed and created a report completely free - All within 2 minutes of me starting the chat.

I used this app to help me pull reports that would have otherwise required me to upgrade my Shopify plan to $299/month. I am very grateful for this option! Customer service was great. I asked how to pull a certain report and they created it for me very quickly. Very happy so far! And it seems I can get everything I need on the free plan, so I am happy about that too!

This app not only handles all of our reporting needs. But does so at a fraction of the price of other like reporting apps. The customer service is fast and wonderful. Could not recommend it more.

Durch die Option, über Custom-Fields die bestehende Datenauswahl beliebig zu erweitern, gibt es eigentlich kein Limit. Der Support ist extrem schnell und bemüht. Alle Anfragen und Anforderungen wurden zeitnah umgesetzt. Die individuelle Anpassung der Reports ist dazu auch noch kostenfrei!

App looks really good and will give you all the information you need for your book keeping. Support was great with very helpful staff guiding me throgh the different steps.
