I'm using Report Pundit to generate scheduled daily and monthly reports for stock ordering and invoicing by vendor and find it really handy and time-saving. Had a couple of frustrating user issues, but the 'live human support' was fast and helpful. Problem sorted in a couple of minutes flat. Thanks!

Quite literally, the BEST customer support I've EVER had anywhere period. These guys respond instantly and go out of there way to help in every way they can. The app itself is beautiful, well documented and VERY powerful... Oh, and it's fairly priced... This is making my consolidation, taxes and reporting 10000x easier.

I used Report Pundit all of the time, it is able to pull from fields that base Shopify isn't able to. The reports are highly customizable and if you need something special don't hesitate to reach out to them because there is a good chance they can help you out.

I love how easy it is to customize reports, and how prompt the customer service team is when responding to requests/questions. My customer service representative was very thoughtful and helped me find alternative ways to retrieve the data that I wanted using their reporting.

Getting the data you need and understanding the app functionality isn't without challenges, but the live chat and follow up support is incredibly helpful and has helped me resolve every issue I've come across. Don't waste time troubleshooting, just ask the friendly support for the report you need and they'll help you make it. The advanced filtering and reporting has been invaluable!

We use ReportPundit on a daily basis, as it is used for our inventory and sales reporting. This app is far beyond every other app that is currently on the market. On top of that, their customer support team is amazing and they promptly take care of unique needs that we have.

Handles a lot of reports that are not available through Shopify alone. We use this for inventory and sales reports that are difficult or impossible to obtain through Shopify especially considering multiple location inventory. The support staff within the app have been helpful and have helped with any issues that have arisen.

We use Report Pundit to create supplementary reports to the standard reports available in Shopify and have found it very easy to create the reports we need, they also have a multitude of ready-made reports that can also be adapted if need be. Their recent refresh also seems to have made things a little better organised and clearer. Their support team is also very quick to respond and resolve any issues you may have (But have had very few issues) A definite, must try if you are in need of more reports.

This app is a HUGE time saver if you need to piece apart your shopify data for bookkeeping purposes. We have multiple types of revenue and also needed to track sales tax, etc. We were having to do a lot of this manually prior. Extremely helpful customer service as well.
