They are so patient! I want to see the sales by product tags, they did a great modification on our report. So all the details can be easily seen. And they absolutely solved my problem and make me work more efficient! Thank you a lot!

Very flexible and intuitive report creation, and great pre made reports available. More important - actual people will help you create reports quickly; fast response time and awesome follow up on top of a great app.

The BEST customer service. I chatted with John and he worked on my custom report until it was exactly the way I wanted it. Excellent service and a great app too! I look forward to working with this company from now on!

I have explored various reporting apps for Shopify and so far this app seems to be the most flexible and customizable. It looks pretty intuitive and the customer support provided by Reuben and John were great.

The report creation is very very good. I confess that the report creation function is counter-intuitive and beyond me, BUT I can simply ask support for any type of report, and they will whip it up in minutes. For instance, I wanted a report of product sales over the last 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days, and BOOM done! Once the report is created, it's easy to add filters and such.

It's a good app with pretty much any variation you need and the support is very good - helpful and effective. Recommended.

The number of reports you can create is infinite with this app, simple and easy to use. If you have any question, if you want to create a custom report, the customer support is awesome.

I was really impressed with these guys when i needed a bespoke report for my accounts. They didn't stop working with me until we got it right! Now my accounts take a fraction of the time to produce. Highly recommend!

Very good support from the ReportPundit. the support did an excellent job in resolving the issues we were experiencing. This app is super easy to use, and whenever I can't create exactly the report I want, support finishes it up for me. Sometimes a field isn't easily accessible, or the formatting is off. Whatever it might be, they're able to help me get what I need.

This is the first review I have written after using Shopify apps for years. Simply said this software is awesome and powerful. Really it is a must-have. Most important the customer service is fantastic. Often via chat, they will help run the report for you in real-time! Amazing software and service!

We needed a custom report that would do some calculations for us. Their team immediately built out a custom report for us, exactly as we had outlined, and it has made us and our accountant very happy. Can't wait to look at other reports that will help us manage our business better. Highly recommended.

Love this app. Needed a report that would break the sales tax out by county, customer service made me the exact report I need. I would definitely recommend this app for all you reporting needs.

Not only does this app have a lot of dimensions for reporting, but they also have a host of different values you can add. There is a little bit of a learning curve if you're not familiar with reporting software, but they have amazing customer support that you can contact live, right on the app itself. I was having issues knowing how to add a certain value into my report and Reuben, the live help agent, added the field I needed right into my report. How cool is that? I would highly recommend.
