I used the app to see the sales history of a particular item. I used the chat feature to help. Within 5 min they had the report created. Problem solved. Very happy so far!

Report Pundit is fantastic. It's simple to use but the platform allows for as much customization as required. There are many integrations options as well. Lastly, I can't say enough good things about their customer service. It's exceptional. Their team goes above and beyond in answering and delivering a solution to any issue or request that you might have. That in itself is worth the price of the application.

After trying out quite a few reporting plugins for my Shopify store, I was pointed toward Report Pundit. With some hesitation (after the others not doing what I needed), I setup my reporting. Everything about this app has been the perfect fit for my needs. We have been able to utilize the prebuilt reports, build simple custom reports to fit out specific needs, etc. On top of all of that, anytime I've needed help understanding a report or troubleshooting, the customer service has far exceeding my expectations! Highly recommend this app and its developers!

I am very new to this app, so I am still learning, however, James was so very helpful in generating the correct reports I needed to accurately track sales tax and net sales in my very complicated sales tax state of Colorado! He saved me so much time and stress! I am so thankful for him and his ability to know what I needed and help me find the right solution! And it was nice to have a real person to chat with for FREE!!! Thank you so much!

Amazing. They will create any report for you instantly. I ran into an issue and wasnt sure if I could make the report and I just hopped on the chat and they created it instantly.

Fantastic service, the team helped us make our custom reports right from live chat, it was amazing and saved us hours! This is a low-fi/simple reporting tool with a LOT of flexibility and the options that let us make exactly the report we want and email it to us every day. Saved us hours and had the options other reporting tools lacked. Give it a try!

Give the support time and the functionality of the app high marks. Disappointed that they charge a monthly fee for a standard report paired with one additional field.
