Excellent support from the team really satisfied. We faced an issue with getting data from certain columns and the team always helped us out. The interface is super easy to use and coupled with the amazing support you can do almost any type of analysis.

We’ve been using Report Pundit for our reporting and it’s been excellent. The dashboards and reports are straightforward, and the platform saves us a ton of time every week. The most valuable part is the customer experience, their support team is consistently fast, helpful, and to the point. No back and forth, just answers and solutions. Great tool and great team behind it.

Customer service is great. There are lots of tools to do things yourself but someone (a real person!) is always there to help and very quickly too. Highly recommend!

I am a new customer to Report Pundit and I can say they are the absolute best! I was having some trouble figuring out how to create a few specific reports, with the right information, Dan created the report for me in seconds!! I can't wait to think of more reports I need ;-) I highly recommend this app!!

This is a very affordable, flexible, and full-featured solution to the problem of multi-store reporting without resorting to complicated GraphQL and API queries in Shopify. All the needed reports are there, complete with the ID's, creating a robust, cross-checking mechanism to ensure that financial flows between Shopify and Quickbooks are happening right.

I was worried my in store pickup report would be limited in the data I needed, but after contacting customer support they helped build in custom columns that gave me exactly what I needed. They were super fast and responsive too.

Still well supported - they just added 2 new columns for me, thank you! - and still very useful. We rely on their automated data export to Google Sheets, very handy feature. Highly recommend.

Heaps of reports avaialbe and if it doesn't exist their team will help you generate a custom report. Amazing service.
