I’m extremely disappointed with this app. For 16 days I’ve been trying to get my report right. They kept promising they could fix it, but every time one issue was solved, another one appeared. Even during the free trial, they couldn’t get it to work properly. My accountant has been waiting for over two weeks, and still nothing works. It cost me a lot of time, energy, and frustration. After 16 days with no results, I’ve had enough. I’m deleting the app. Maybe this app works for very simple Excel exports, but if you need anything detailed or professional, don’t bother. It’s a waste of time.

one of the best apps, for reports and best service i have seen with shopify apps. if there is a special report you need they usually get it done straight away. can not recommend enough.

When they say customer service, they mean it! If I get stuck on extracting the info I need, I just send over a request, they build out the report for me and send me a link. Meanwhile, I have gotten other work done while I wait, rather than even struggling with it. Spectacular app. I have not found a report that they couldn't create. I've never heard, oh so sorry... and that means a lot to me! I never thought I would pay for top tier, but now I can truly manage my business. Well worth it!

This app provides any report we need for accounting, inventory, sales and customers. If there isn't a report already created in the library, it is so easy to have a custom report built... it usually only takes minutes!

This is the 4th or 5th Shopify store I have used and installed this app. Very easy to use but the customer service is what sends it over the top. 10/10 recommend

So far so good. I just started using this app and needed some help. Their online chat was phenomenal. The representative walked me through the steps and then did the finishing touches for me. I now have a saved report that I can use whenever I need it!

This app is amazing, Being able to automate and customize all of our data needs to support external google sheets tools in our company is a game changer. No more mornings spend exporting reports. The support is fantastic with real people helping you solve your unique problems. This should be one of the first apps you get for your shopify store.

One of the few affordable reporting apps that is actually reliable. I had a lot of trouble getting all of the info I needed into a report, but their customer service has always been responsive and has always delivered what I've asked.
