Report Pundit is great for building custom reports, and the support is outstanding. The team will even build the custom reports for you. A must have tool if you want to use data analytics to run and build your business.

UPDATE: THANK YOU Amal, for your excellent help! We have come back to Report Pundit after our business has pivoted. Still an amazing app with excellent service! Well worth the fee! Report Pundit has already proven to be invaluable and we're not even out of the trial period! We have a huge array of SKUs and we manufacture a portion of those ourselves. It is critical that we be able to manage our manufacturing schedule in a way that makes our processes more efficient without spending a ton of money on software for small manufacturers - which are really better suited to manufacturers who are further along than we are. We love Shopify, but the report capability at the mid-level of their subscription range isn't optimal. Report Pundit fills that gap perfectly. But, even better is the developer's responsiveness. I can only hope this developer continues on as the owner/operator of the company as his attention to customer inquiries is excellent. Definitely worth your money to get this app!!

Una Excelente Aplicacion!!! Los informes se adaptan a la necesidad que se requiere, tiene una biblioteca de informes y se pueden personalizar o hacerlos desde cero, demasiado útil y bien detallado, resuelven tus dudas de in mediato y te apoyan para cualquier rubro que se requiera ver en el informe que no este, tienen soporte las 24 horas lo que lo hace aún más eficiente. Muy recomendada

Much better than other reporting apps I've used. The key features that made a difference for us were: - Custom fields that use standard SQL - In-browser preview of the reports being built - A large library of premade reports that can easily be customized - Hourly export of reports into google sheets - Incredibly responsive support that is always a quick chat message away from helping.

I have never downloaded a more useful app for my business. This helps me in so many aspects, financial , advertising, fulfillment, forecasting, inventory. I used this app for the backbone of boutique. This app is also brilliant for businesses like pop-up shops or businesses that sell items for vendors within their store. I searched long hours and days to find an app that would report products sold by each vendor, the taxes, transaction fees, and product name. This app does just that and more. Shopify does not have this feature on any of their advance plans yet. I actually spoke with tech support who stated they would speak to the creators to add this feature. I thought I was out of luck and would have to wait until this add-on became available, but then I stumbled across this app. Let me tell you another plus, customer service is 24/7 and they create your reports and also teach you how to do it them. John is the best, he made a video to teach me the steps. I love this app so much, and I am thankful to have found it. I am able to print these reports for my vendors while providing accurate payouts that they can easily read. It's a win for me!
