I used this app to create a custom report to enable sales in local currency as well as GBP, I was struggling slightly so joined the live chat. I spoke with Dominic and Reuben, they were both extremely helpful and created the report I required in a very efficient manner with the exact detail I needed. Thank you.

I give the five stars almost solely for the customer service. My report needed some thought and quite a long back and forth messaging, but Dominic patiently made it happen. Now I can send comprehensive VAT report to my accountant. So far this is the only thing I needed, but the app is full of great reports.

Awesome app. Very intuitive to use. Customer service is top notch. Needed some help to figure out a few things and I got an answer within minutes of contacting them. I'm very happy with it and will install it on all 3 of my stores.

Love the app. If you are in the retail industry, this app will be a life saver. All possible reports can be created with Pundit and they have a live helpdesk. You cannot beat that. I recommend 1000%

This app is awesome for building sales and inventory reports that Shopify doesn't provide in the lower-level plans. They are also super responsive through their chatbot if you need help with a report. I have told them what I'm looking for and they build the reports for me or guide me through the process. Really worth the $$.

The support is great and the app really works well once you overcome a few of the little nuances for formatting, filtering etc. But at the end of the day, it's doing great for us and the Report Pundit team is very helpful resolving any issues.

Can download reports really fast! Better than Data Exports. Support is also very helpful with creating reports.

Very simply, native Shopify reports are next to worthless. If you really want to see patterns in your data, you need to examine it from multiple angles and RP gives you that. Further the customer service is awesome, there was a report I wasn't able to find to help me determine which HOURS of the day I make the most sales (to help shape my digital ads), and within 5 minutes a rep not only responded in the middle of the night but custom set up the report for me. That's service!! Well-done! RP is a critical tool in my arsenal

Don't waste your time trying to figure out other "free" options, you will get no where after hours of trying. You will end up installing half a dozen apps that shouldn't be on the app store. You can create reports using common sense logic, create custom fields and much more. Their support is always online and very quick to respond, if the service member doesn't know they will transfer to someone who does instead of wasting your time trying to get something to work which you didn't really want. An example report I needed to create was POS sales by Payment method, I also needed to add a custom credit card fee column, in about 3 minutes I was able to create this, using only 3 columns, and can have it automatically send me the report every night, If I can add a screenshot I would to show you have easy it is to use and to help anyone else trying to archive this.
