UPDATE: Do Good Shop.org has been using this app for a while now and it is still and unbelievably helpful tool! We stand by our earlier review (below) and add even more stars for this app! Saves our lives every quarter for sales tax filing. This is so helpful for separating out our non-taxable items when filing/paying our quarterly sales taxes. Also, the customer service is quick, thorough, and friendly! Highly recommend!

Absolutely great app. We've used a couple of reporting tools in the past that are either over-priced or underwhelming. Then we found ReportPundit which is not only full of features, but affordable enough that you don't need to think too much about it. We were looking for a way to make certain detailed reports from order notes that Shopify wouldn't let us do. This app covers SO MANY things, and when asked to help us with a custom report, they did so quickly, professionally, and kindly. Amazing!!
