Report Pundit: Custom Reports

No matter how much we like Shopify, we have to admit that their reports are severely lacking. So we hunted around for a good reporting app. We tried some that had good ratings but weren't totally satisfied until we discovered Report Pundit. I'm not sure I can truly express how much I like this app. No, LOVE this app! Firstly, the reports are awesome, and exporting them to Excel (without extra cost!) makes them useful outside Shopify. Then consider that you can edit any existing report to your liking, but if that isn't enough you can literally make a custom report for any data that is in your Shopify database! OK... now for the clincher. Twice now, I created a custom report, ran into issues (user education problem), and used the support chat right on the reports page. Both times I got a quick response and resolution. I can't even imagine anything better! End your search and stress now. Just install it. You won't regret it!

If your not using this, your missing out! Slice, dice and filter your shopify data. Support is amazing, they will even help you to make the report you need! Just try it, you will not be disappointed!

So impressed with Report Pundit. The variety of reports and options meets all of our needs. Customer service is excellent and can help you generate reports. Highly recommend this app. Don't use Shopify without it. The customer service is top-notch. They will help you trouble shoot in real time and help you create a report or create one for you.

Great app! Exactly what we needed for basic and complex reporting. All the data is there, just needed an app to pull it all together for accurate reporting and that is exactly what this app does. We've used the support a few times and it has been very prompt and helped us get the specific type of reports we were looking for.

Report Pundit is exactly what I was looking for. Creating reports is nice and simple but if I have any problems, the team are quick to respond and create or amend reports for me.

The app itself is handy, and it's a must for any merchant that needs to know his data. You can pretty much get anything you want with a friendly user interface. The best thing is their customer support, they are amazing and beneficial. They did create a custom report for me and address all my issues. No wonder they over 500 reviews with 5 stars.
