We appreciate that, when we have a question or an issue, the online chat is always answered quickly and by someone who is knowledgeable. This is rare in the world of Shopify apps, so this alone makes Report Pundit stand out among the others.

This is a really powerful tool. We are finding more and more ways to use it for our business. It has a bit of a learning curve but the support team has been very helpful!

One of the most important apps in our shop. We rely on the app to generate delivery lists, to know how many cakes we have to prepare for a day. Tech support is very helpful and They have set up for me the custom reports I needed. 5+ stars app.

This is a great app which allows us to report on the finer details that Shopify cannot, such as manual discounts, which are essential to our Retail reports. The ability to schedule reports also saves us a lot of time each week/month. The main reason for the 5 stars however is the service we have received from their support staff. They respond quickly, they're extremely competent, friendly and they get stuff done without jumping through hoops to get to the right person. Every person is the right person with Report Pundit. Highly recommended.

Report Pundit is a great tool that lets you generate and automate an endless variation of reports that facilitate the workflow massively. Support team is very helpful and assists instantly to any queries there might be. If a report is needed that does not seem possible, they somehow generate it for you. Absolutely recommendable!

We are a multi-store company that recently switched to Shopify and needed a powerful tool that allowed us to consolidate all our stores into a single reporting structure. We worked with them to connect all our stores and build custom reporting for us. They have been a great resource for making our transition feasible and even were gracious in working with us while we were still on a trial basis to build out what we need.

Awesome app!! Helps me run my business and the support staff is responsive and helps me generate more customized reports specific for my business. I would highly recommend this app. A must have if you are using Shopify.

We downloaded this app to get clearer reporting and it has been great. The team at Report Pundit have helped me set up reports and build custom reports so I can get what I need out of them. Every team member that I have spoken with has efficient and very helpful. I would strongly recommend to use them for any reporting you need.

Perfect app ( VERY DETAILED REPORTS ) we make orders tagged with the salesmen name who participated in this order and each 6month i download the report of each salesmen sale to give his commission i think this is the only app which allow you to filter orders by tags and get report and the best thing is their customer service they spend hours to customise a report for my business needs Support name: Ulrich John Excellent help thanks soo much.. the app need some improvements still ( because its too much detailed ) but the support is covering any issue till its 100% perfect + I think they are creating a solution for the inventory history that is getting erased each 90 they will make a report that will save all details you need from this history

Some of the best customer experience I've ever encountered. These guys CARE!!! REport pundit is going to save me about $60 per month on my existing solution, and is more accurate! Would give 10/5 stars if I could.
