The interface is easy to use and 99% of the time we can figure out how to build the report we need. However the 1% is where Report Pundit really shines; the support staff is almost always available immediately via chat to help us when we need it and build a custom report for us in literally minutes. This app simplifies many of the canned shopify, Stripe and Paypal reports but also adds so many more that would be such a chore to put together yourself. IGreat customer service. Always only, real human and always helpful.

Excellent customer service! Takes a second to learn all the bells and whistles but you can get an amazing amount of information about your shop in a very short period of time. Totally worth the monthly subscription!
