Report Pundit: Custom Reports

Great app! Exactly what we needed for basic and complex reporting. All the data is there, just needed an app to pull it all together for accurate reporting and that is exactly what this app does. We've used the support a few times and it has been very prompt and helped us get the specific type of reports we were looking for.

Report Pundit is exactly what I was looking for. Creating reports is nice and simple but if I have any problems, the team are quick to respond and create or amend reports for me.

I love this program, easy functional ways to automated reports with all the data you will ever need. The customer support is AWESOME - Vincent and Reuben have both been super helpful. I Highly Recommend!

This app is awesome! So many useful reports. And if you need a report that isn't available, they'll make it for you if it's possible to do.

The app itself is handy, and it's a must for any merchant that needs to know his data. You can pretty much get anything you want with a friendly user interface. The best thing is their customer support, they are amazing and beneficial. They did create a custom report for me and address all my issues. No wonder they over 500 reviews with 5 stars.

Best Shopify reporting app available, period. We use RP to prepare custom reports for all our monthly and quarterly state sales tax returns, affiliate and sales analytics, fulfillment audits. They can do pivot tables and pretty much any customization request I threw at them. Shopify native reports just do not compare. RP allows us to access 100% of shopify api data fields; this is so key to our tax and compliance and other business analytics. More than that though, their support is quick to respond, very knowledgeable about their product, and they are totally willing to help customize the reports and fields for you. We've had a number of situations in which we needed RP to create special formula pivot table fields, customized date ranges and more that were not available in RP when we 1st started using. RP was happy to build out more robust reporting features for us that they've rolled out as default for all their customers. There was even this one time that we had issue with api data from a different app, and only through a custom RP report were we able to validate that there was some Shopify api data that this different app was not bringing in, and we used RP's report to help resolve the other app's API bug. It's refreshing to be able to collaborate with a software provider, have them understand our needs and for them to deliver on the improvements in a timely fashion. This is the mark of real intimate and effective customer support/success, and it's just not common to experience this with software providers. Usually it involves much pulling of teeth. I don't usually have time for reviews, but just had to give this shout-out to RP, keep up the great work!

Very handy for outputting a report for products never sold. This is a feature frustratingly missing from Shopify.

Just downloaded app, and so far James has been extremely helpful in creating the reports I asked for. I'm excited to work with this app. Their support seems awesome!

This app helped me do layaways on shopify, when it wasn't possible. They built reports that allowed me to see payments made on an invoice within a specific period of time. I have to run 4 reports and yes there is a bit of data entry to the exports that I have to add, but it really saved us when we moved to shopify. They do a good job and don't make you wait long.

A must have APP.... Simply PERFECT+++++ We have lots of different products and variants, without this app we would be lost

One of the best apps ever! I use this tool all the time. It provides all the missing reports you'd love to have. Plus their customer service is excellent. I needed a custom report and used their chat. Immediately I was helped and they created a very sophisticated report and showed me how to use it in just a few minutes. Definitely get this app. You will not be sorry! UPDATE: Fantastic customer service in addition to a fantastic app!!

Customer service is amazing. I've been able to get custom reports a couple times and generally get help organizing my data. Totally worth the money to dive into your data!
