Their support team is amazing and will help you (live) with custom reports any way you like them! We found this particularly useful for Payout reports filtered by POS locations, as well as Discount reports by discount type by location. Thank you very much!

Great app and can only get better. I use it to produce a product report from sales. This enables us to plan production runs. I also use it to report and sort deliveries by postcode. This enables us to better prepare routes for delivery. It would be great to customise the CSV output a bit but I am sure this will come.

I found excellent this app for performance our business in a daily basis. I can easily tracking data and send customised reports scheduled to different users. Is easy! And customer service is excellent and efficient. I have the opportunity to chat with Reuben. Great!

This app has been incredibly helpful to quickly pull any data we need for our business. While we are not a power user, and haven't had to ask for custom reports yet, we have had people reach out to see if we need them, which I appreciate. Overall a great product and very simple to use.

Very fast and helpful reporting program to show the data we need for our store. I tried other report apps that had pieces of what we were looking for but none could offer the quantity and customizations that this app offered. Their greatest strength is customer service. The team is friendly and work hard to customize reports based on my stores unique set up and transaction history. Highly recommended!

Believe the hype! Fantastic App, Super easy to use and provides really valuable information at an affordable price. Can't recommend enough. Wouldn't be without it. EDIT: Have been using Report Pundit for over 3 years. The support is the best and most consistent I have ever had. There is very little they can't do for you with regards to building custom reports. The app is very flexible and you have the posibility to make any report you may need. Once I understood how to set all the different variables (with a litle help from the fantastic customer service), I got everything I needed. Thanks!

Very versatile app - really allows for great in-depth analysis of A LOT of different stats, including Products, Customers, Inventory, Transactions etc. It's surprising that some of this isn't built in to Shopify as standard - but this app definitely fulfils that need. The support is SUPERB too - almost instant responses on the chat and so far they've been able to help with every single query we've thrown at them. The 5 star reviews are justified - wouldn't hesitate to recommend this app.

The functionality and the ability to adapt/tailor the reports to suit sales, procurement and warehouse departments is very good indeed. I found the support very far to reply and quick to resolve problems, even creating reports for me - excellent
