The reports help us in our day to day operations of the business. If there is not a report that fully fits what we are looking for, or need, customer service is great in helping to edit a report to make it work for us

Just starting using this app, great experience, tech support was awesome helping customize (during trial, no less). Will definitely keep this one in the tool bag. Some limitations in calculating/displaying desired result, but it's not their fault, Shopify is the problem.

Excellent application that provides an extended and in-depth amount of reporting options. I am equally as pleased with the helpful support staff, especially Vijay as he quickly resolved my question via live chat. Highly recommend if you demand details of your business operations!

Great app. Many templates. The custom reports feature looks to be pretty robust. One I get a handle on the Shopify data schema the report features hear will be real useful. Better than OOB. The agents are also very helpful in creating quick little reports.
