Report Pundit: Custom Reports

Excellent customer service ! They create the report for you and can help encompass any data you need.

So far this app has been great. The flexibility and the wide range of available filters are extremely useful, and being able to schedule a report to save to a google sheet is something I didn't know i needed until now. Pulling reports sometimes takes a few minutes, especially if the report is searching a larger pool, but chat support helped me alter my filters to cut that time down significantly.

Report Pundit has been a lifesaver. Their chat support is excellent and we haven't found a report they couldn't create. They are definitely the best report engine we have tried through Shopify.

App works great. A little confusing to start with, but the built in support chat helped me get my report put together almost instantly. Thanks!

LOVE this app! If you know what you need to see, it's the only reporting app you need. Just select the fields you want to view and viola it spits out the information and ACCURATELY! First time sync takes some time but then it loads pretty quickly. Support is great too! If you finally want to see some clear answers on how things are doing in your store, get this app :)

Amazing app if you need reports not easily accessible through shopify. Custom reports make it easy to find exactly what you need. If something doesn't work, support was great as well and they helped create the reports I needed. Thanks!

Very user-friendly and quick app to make all kinds of exports. I mostly use it for inventory and sales data. Update 2024: Still using the app. Very satisfied with customer support, who are always there to help us further customise our reports. Update 2025: Still going strong! Asked a few customizations and they were added within 10 minutes.

I started the trial. I was afraid. I signed in. Get help (Hi David!) and I had the exact data I need to create a report for my team. The flexibility and modularity is exactly what I need.

Signed up for Report Pundit last week and it does exactly as advertised. I need inventory reports sent daily to Google Drive for my Production Team and this app performs that function great! Also the customer service has been great. I received a personalized email this morning from Support asking if my inventory reports were working out and also offering to create any report needed free of charge.

I would give this App 10 stars if I could. It literally is saving our lives. David was wonderful and talked me off the ledge today. It does everything you needed from Shopify and never understood why it was missing. Easily navigated and set up for customized reporting. Tracking inventory is easy and was something we dearly missed. I need to catagorize our goods, customizing reports was simple. I was frustrated with exporting to a spreadsheet. No need with Pundit...SO SO GREAT!

I've tried several different reporting apps for Shopify, but the flexibility of this app was exactly what we needed. It solved for our use case which can't be done by the default Shopify reports. It allows for line item-level order and fulfillment reports, so you can pull how many of a specific SKU are fulfilled vs. unfulfilled, which seems like it should be simple and thus included in other apps or by default. But this app does it—everything we need and more. Highly recommended. Try this before installing any other reporting apps: chances are it'll do what you need it to best.

I was looking to find a way to make inventory reports of a past date with my products cost prices were included. This was the only app that could solve this within a minute! Very friendly and knowledgeable support! Thank you!
