Report Pundit: Custom Reports

I have nothing but praise for this app and the incredible customer service they give. They have helped me numerous times including on boxing day to create custom reports - thanks Vincent. Head and shoulders above other similar apps for functionality and customer support.

This app checks boxes for all of our Accounting needs. We had several custom reports to work within our infrastructure, and the app developers worked with us to getting everything working perfectly. I would highly recommend it to others who are looking for an above-and-beyond reporting solution that offers excellent customer service.

I still haven't figured out all the ways this tool can help the business, but I can say, every time I think of something, it has dealt with it or the developer has added it, product feeds, timed picking reports, production work orders, it's absolutely brilliant and the support is first class too!

We bought Report Pundit in order to do reports that the Shopify reporting would not do. Our business uses down payments and receives full payment when we finish the product or service they order. Report Pundit gave us the ability to see our sales, see our payments and see our outstanding balances. Pro's: Very easy to write reports Great to calculate fields Great to filter out items like cancelled orders Great that reports can be downloaded to Excel Great support that will also write reports Con's: No subtotals at row level but can be done in Excel

The ReportPundit support is simply the best. Not only are the reports extremely flexible, but when I need a report that I can't set up on my own, support is quick to create it for me. Highly recommend using ReportPundit.

These guys are awesome. Their app is great for getting data out of Shopify and into custom reports. Super useful and pretty intuitive. And the best support I've ever had with an app, be it Shopify or any platform.

Great app, awesome & reliable support! Honestly, I chose a much cheaper app at first, but after using that cheap app for a couple of months, the app suddenly became out of service for a day or two. So I switched to Report Pundit and their staff are so helpful in customizing the report I want. Add or switch to Report Pundit! You won't regret it!

This app has been great for our accounting purposes. One challenge I had with other reports was pulling in refunds of orders from a previous quarter. Pundit has this feature and this saves me lots of time. The tech staff have been very accommodating and work efficiently to get the answers needed quickly. Updating my review - the ability to have reports, like store settlements or sales tax records, compile in GoogleSheets is super helpful.

A really good reporting tool, plenty of options in there that you don't get out of the box with Shopify. Easy enough to build your own reports and for anything that may be a little more complex, the guys at ReportPundit are on hand to build out for you. It's been a huge help for us in our first month on the platform. A big challenge with Shopify reporting is pulling in current inventory alongside sales data, the challenge being, Shopify deson't do it; not an issue with ReportPundit, problem solved.

OMG this is the best app I have used. Vincent helped me tremendously. I don't think there isn't a report they can not generate for you. I so badly needed something to break my sales down by state for tax purposes so that I could do my own taxes and when I tell yall they generated me a report in minutes. He even showed me other features on shopify that I did not know nor did the shopify rep know. Thank you Vincent. He was absolutely wonderful and so knowledgeable. Business owners don't hesitate to download this app will save you hours of work
