We use this app for everything from inventory analysis to taxes, and it's awesome! We can run reports easily on our own, and if there's something we need a little help with, there's an actual human to instantly chat with to help us. Pretty amazing!

Very Useful app. Must have for any shopify store. It has many ready to use reports. You can also create your own reports from thier easy to use interface. Found this app very easy to use and gives the report instantly.

Great app, offers a lot of advanced reporting options that are not available in the Shopify dashboard. Also, their support is awesome. I just used their live chat support as I had some questions on how to create a complex report and they helped me set up what I wanted within minutes.

This is an extremely useful and well put together app! The user experience is excellent, and the support staff is incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this app if you have reporting needs that the basic Shopify reports are unable to fill.

Great app! Couldn't be happier Reuben in CS is extremely helpful. Other apps do the same thing difference between this one is it exports in seconds where as other can export in hours.

I used this app to help me build a number of custom reports for our finance and shipping departments. Always amazing customer support. The team is willing to help you build a custom report any time you need it. Often, I build a report that almost does what I need and the team is able to tweak it via the built in chat. Highly recommended.

I have experienced incorrect inventory and now incorrect sales history. Chatting with someone to help fix the issue is just a waiting game. Its obvious they are mutli-tasking.

Two key things you need to know: Report Pundit is *fast*, and it's *visual*. Trying to wrangle data out of Shopify can be challenging, but I feel Report Pundit makes it significantly easier, because of the faster feedback loop. I haven't used it all that much at this point, but it seems promising and I do intend to use it for all of our in-depth reporting needs. Full disclosure: I agreed to write an honest, unbiased review in exchange for custom pricing. This is my honest opinion of Report Pundit however, and I do recommend it warmly.

I upgraded to this app from Data Export while Data Export is an amazing and powerful app this app has all the same features and is more user-friendly with its real-time report generation and excellent support team. It's worth the extra cost, in my opinion.

I've been working with them for a couple of days now to get my report dialed in exactly the way I need it. They are very responsive and will go the extra mile to work with their clients.
