The Request A Quote Shopify app is an great app to improve your store. You are able to customize your qoutes like you want. And the support is also good and they reply and solve things very fast! I recommend this app to every store owner who workes with quotes!

Had problems with a theme and their plugin. They Solved the problem fast. They do work on GMT +7, so bear with their response times.
