App generally works as intended, doesn't work great if your email address you are wanting to send quotes FROM is a group email in google. I does have to be a singular personal account. Other than that it works very well and the customer support has been very good the many times I have reached out, most recently Vincent was there to get us back up and running quickly with great advice.

The customer service is awesome! The app works really well "right out of the box" - however there were a couple of items I wanted to change to fit my store a little bit better. I contacted the developer, and I was very surprised how responsive they were and how quickly they took care of my requests. If you download this app and it doesn't seem to be the perfect fit, I would highly recommend you contact the developer prior to removing it to see if they can make a couple of changes for you - they seem happy to do so. My customers seem to be liking this option of contacting me about my products - and it helps me streamline my work - so I expect to keep using it indefinitely. A great app and five-star service, thank you!

After using the APP for a while, I would like to recommend their service. The communication is clear, and the service is delivered in good quality. Our theme and industry-specific function in the product page are often not fully compatible with this APP, and the team nearly always endeavours to deliver a satisfactory result. Thank you. Update: We're using the APP for 1 month now, the APP remains stable. The support is still excellent.
