The Request a Quote part of the app works as expected and does exactly what we need it to do but could never get simple SMTP email notifications to work which is a must have feature. As is the customer requests a quote and it generates a draft order but our big ticket sales team doesn't watch or have access to the online store so they never see the orders. We need a way to notify them along with the information in the quote using simple a standard SMTP relay. Contacted support but we're talking to the after hours guy, who relays to someone, who relays to someone, who says they'll pass the information onto the developer. They mostly just request the same information over and over again e.g. screenshots of the error, proof that smtp works outside the app which it all does and we've provided. Wait a day for info to relay back and they ask for the same stuff again.

When the app works its ok. However we seem to be having issues with this app regularly.

I spent two days trying to work out how to get this app up and running on my store. What a waste of my precious time. I needed to create different forms for different products. While this plugin has the configuration capability to do this, it actually doesn't work. So I gave up. Also the instructions are written in poor English and can't be followed. Considering the amount they charge per month, I am sure they could hire an English copywriter on Fiverr to improve the user guide.
