Anna was super helpful and is a complete wizard on the keyboard, their was a couple problems when I first downloaded the app and then she fixed then all. Sadly I do not need this app anymore so I am deleting but thanks Anna!

The customer support team were friendly and worked hard to resolve our problem - when the problem initially started we did have to wait 14+ hours for the support team to be in which could just be a time zone issue. Still would recommend the app if you are looking for a service like this!
