Great customer service and great app. A lot of functionnalities available and easy to use. I chose this app over an other because they are able to get line items properties in their quote : Perfect for business that offer custom products. Moreover I had a question their customer service agent answered in 30 seconds.

Not one to leave reviews normally, but the team behind this app have impressed me so many times, I need to share. I paid for some customisation for my use case, and they exceeded on deliverables and timeline. Super responsive to suggestions and questions (even the silly ones) and for more complex stuff they bring in their tech advisors and a client facing team to ensure all people are on the same page. Nothing is a problem, and even after my custom project was signed off as completed, I found something I needed to have adjusted and they happily did this at no charge. Yes, the functionality of the app needs to do what you want, but if you are considering these guys and another, I assure you, the help and support make choosing them well worth it. This developer has a few apps, and I've left a similar review for their sister company. If you are considering quote + discounts, speak to them about their other apps as I was able to get a near custom solution and the team got both speaking together seamlessly,
